If you are an ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Server Administrator and you have purchased additional licences, renewed your current subscription licence or support and maintenance or even upgraded your licence type, then you will need to resync your licence so that it displays the new details. To do this, you will need to perform the following steps:

• Log onto your EEE Server and click on your Organisation Name.
• Select the Licences tab and then highlight the relevant licence and click Details.

• A new window will open, click the Resync button.

• A dialog box appear informing you of the changes made to the licence. In our example below, the licence quantity has been increased to 15 licences.

Important

If you wish the update the expiry date on your EEE client Workstations, then you must post a Key-File Update to all Users.
