How to fix error: 0xC0130553 in Enterprise Server

ProblemThe error occurs when you are attempting to delete a user from the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server. Failed to delete : The user cannot be deleted at this time because their licence is still being downloaded. This could be as a result of a licence resync event. (0xC0130553)
CauseThe error 0xC0130553 means the licence has the flag set indicating the licence is being downloaded. You cannot delete the licence whilst it is still being downloaded or is pending download.
SolutionFirstly, go to the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server tasks and make sure there are no Licence Resync tasks currently running. To do this:
If the task is still running, wait for it to complete. If the task is not running, then we can try to force a new one and clear the flag as detailed below:
If the above steps do not resolve the problem.
