How do I create or restore an organisation on a Multi-Tenant Server (v2.10.10 and later)

This article is aimed at administrators attempting to create/backup and restore an organisation in the event of a system failure or migrating an organisation to another Multi-Tenant Enterprise Server (v2.10.10 and later) This article covers how to : Create a new OrganisationAccess the Control Panel by hovering over the Organisation menu icon in the menu bar and select Control Panel or by accessing an Organisation Control Panel from the initial management console logon page. Console Menu Bar: Logon Page: Select Organisations Select Create a new Organisation In the dialog box shown, give your new Organisation a name and enter a new Proxy ID Click Create Backup an OrganisationAccess the Control Panel by hovering over the Organisation menu icon and select Control Panel Click your chosen Organisation Database & Backup button Click Create Backup and select Save Backup on the following dialog. Click Create. The backup will be saved to your ESET Endpoint Encryptiont folder as shown by the image below: Restore an OrganisationInsert the organisation backup file generated from the original Enterprise Server you are attempting to move to the Enterprise Server root folder, usually in the path as below: C:\Program Files (x86)\ESET Endpoint Encryption Server Access the Control Panel by hovering over the Organisation menu icon and select Control Panel Select Organisations Select Restore an exisiting Organisation The Organisation backup file will automatically be detected by the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server Select the backup file and click Create:
