User has changed their name

Problem

Your user has changed their name and this hasn't been reflected in the Enterprise Server from Active Directory.

 

Solution

Manually Change User Details:

  • Select the User from their Team within the Enterprise Server so they are highlighted on the Main Window

 

  • Select the Edit button
  • Change the user's Full Name, Short Name or Email Address as needed in the User Details Window
  • 'Click' OK
