Encryption Support Changes
05 November 2019 10:43
|
To provide a streamlined support experience, we will now be providing software support through ESET's centralized support system. As part of this change, we are now re-directing all users to create new support tickets on ESET’s international support site. Clicking 'Submit a ticket' on our old website will now automatically re-direct you to the international support site. Please note, if you already have an open support ticket on our old website, then you are still able to login and access your support ticket as normal. On ESET's international support site, you'll find our knowledgebase for troubleshooting tips and a support ticket form for ESET Endpoint Encryption related issues found under "Business & Enterprise (Server Product) Support". If you are an ESET partner or distributor, then you may wish to access ESET's Global Partner Center (GPC) for support with your ESET product. Read more » | |
